Legal Status

Student Demographic
Primary focus must be on students from low-income families or historically marginalised communities.
Operational Transparency
Must demonstrate a clear commitment to educational equity and transparent institutional governance.
Zero-Profit Model
Institutions must not be operated for private commercial gain or shareholder dividends.
